ACC performed the renovation of the entire Tiffany & Co. store in White Plains, NY while it was fully occupied. The project was performed in 2 phases and included full demolition, a new HVAC system, lighting and electrical upgrades and high-end millwork throughout the space. The renovation was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule and had no impact on sales.
