ACC Construction was selected as General Contractor for the complete demolition and build-out of a of 5,000 square feet retail branch for E*Trade Financial Corporation. This 16-week project entailed the construction of a new reception area with limestone tile floor, conference room, IT room, three private offices, pantry, workroom, bathrooms and ATM areas. Throughout the project, ACC worked hand in hand with the management team from CBRE to create E-Trade's branded facility.
