ACC Construction was selected as General Contractor for seven new branch banking facilities located in Long Island and Queens, NY for Commerce Bank.  The out of ground projects included the construction of a one-story building totaling 3,800 square feet including foundations, structural steel drainage, pavements and all interior items as well as parking lots.  The project schedules ranged from 8 to 14 weeks.  The total cost of this project was $8,489,468.92.

ACC Construction recently completed the build-out of a 6,800 square foot Commerce Bank on Broadway at 50th Street in Manhattan.  This fast-tracked project was completed in 16 weeks and included the demolition of the existing space.
