In order to meet the client’s complex design specifications, ACC renovated Café Dava’s entire three-story facility. The construction included the removal of the top two floors, and the rebuilding of the second floor to accommodate two new separate mezzanines, which house an extra dinning room and office space. To compliment the interior upgrade, ACC replaced the existing exterior limestone façade with an elegant stucco finish.
