New York Medical College Treatment

ACC Construction was selected to complete the exterior and interior work for the Basic Science Building at New York Medical College.  The multi-phased project was scheduled around special lab studies in order to fulfill the need for “quiet time” while classes were in session. 

ACC renovated the labs, student lounges, conference rooms, lavatories, student recreational areas and installed underground facilities.  Exterior work included landscaping, a new parking facility and connecting roadway.

The interior and exterior renovations occurred simultaneously to remain on the college’s tight schedule.  The project was successfully completed while the building was in full operation.
