Tiffany & Co. Mezzanine Level

ACC performed the renovation of the entire Mezzanine Level, which serves as the Executive Offices for the Retail Division and the Personal Shopping Area at Tiffany & Co.  The project included full demolition and asbestos abatement of the Mezzanine Level, and the high-end build-out of the entire floor including executive offices, service area, bathrooms and the personal shopping space.  Directly above the main retail floor, which serves as Tiffany’s Flagship location, the Mezzanine was constructed within the aggressive schedule, and Tiffany operations remained continuous during the entire project schedule.
