ACC performed interior and exterior renovations at the Plainview Latter-Day Saints Chapel and School, which included the installation of all new windows, refurbishment of the entrances and storefronts, interior finishes, and replacing the entire existing HVAC system.  The landscaping portion of this project included installation of an underground irrigation system, soil preparation, seeding, all new exterior planting and maintenance.

ACC assisted the design team by developing and exercising several value-engineering options resulting in an overall construction cost reduction in excess of 25%.
