ACC Construction completed the build out of Toyota’s new offices at 601 Lexington Avenue. This LEED Gold certified project is a 30,000 square foot, full-floor renovation including private offices, conference rooms, reception areas, an executive area and training rooms, as well as support and specialty areas, pantries, and mail, copy, data, file, and storage rooms. ACC built new elevator lobby finishes and reconstructed the existing core toilet facilities so that they meet current code requirements. A stunning feature is found at reception; where the adjoining boardroom is separated by full-height clear glass walls which become opaque when the doors close.
