TJ Maxx

ACC Construction was contracted to build a new TJ Maxx store at 808 Columbus Avenue in a residential building still under construction. This 39,000 square foot, design-build store features the chain’s signature slat walls for displaying the many categories of TJ Maxx’s merchandise, acoustical ceilings and extensive millwork, as well as a long escalator with strong graphic feature walls that lead customers to the sales floor on the cellar level. ACC was instrumental in coordinating the new mechanical, electrical, HVAC, sprinkler and plumbing systems into the base building as both the store and the residential structure were being built at the same time.
