ACC performed the renovation of the Mezzanine, which serves as the Executive Offices for the Retail Division and the Personal Shopping Area of Tiffany & Co at Fifth Avenue and 57th Street. The project included full demolition and asbestos abatement of the Mezzanine, and the high-end build-out of the entire floor including executive offices, service area, bathrooms and the personal shopping space. Directly above the main retail floor, which serves as Tiffany’s Flagship location, the Mezzanine was constructed within the aggressive schedule, and Tiffany operations remained continuous during the entire project schedule.
