ARCHITECT: SLCE ARCHITECTS

ACC completed the construction and interior build out of a 2,400 square-foot, single-story structure that served as the sales office and model apartment for Albanese Organization’s 33-story condominium, The Visionaire. The project entailed excavating the development lot, laying a foundation, constructing a steel structure with light gauge exterior framing with an EIFS finish and EPDM roofing, and building out the interior with model kitchens and baths. Because the condominium is a LEED-certified project, the finishes included sustainable materials such as marble, stone, ceramics, glass mosaics, end-grain hardwood floors, and Energy-Star rated appliances.
