ACC performed interior and exterior renovations at the Plainview Latter-Day Saints Chapel and School, which included the installation of all new windows, refurbishment of the entrances and storefronts, interior finishes, and replacing the existing HVAC system. The landscaping portion included installation of an underground irrigation system, soil preparation, seeding, and new exterior planting. ACC assisted the design team by developing several value-engineering options resulting in an overall construction cost reduction in excess of 25%.
