ACC performed the 12,000 square foot high-end buildout of the Amenity Center for SL Green Realty complete with lounge, work, and play opportunities for its tenants at 100 Park Avenue. The tenant offerings include a self-service café, barista, catering, events area for tenant use, lounge and quiet spaces, wellness area, presentation area, meeting spaces including an expanded size conference room, folding glass walls, media and breakout space, and restroom with a shower. One of the more unique features is the live plant wall of bright green moss that resembles an overhead view of a serene landscape.

Additional features include a golf simulator room, complete with an AstroTurf putting green, wood lockers, and a nearly floor-to-ceiling projection of the golf game. The main lounge area is essentially divided into four zones. On the right side is a game room, complete with a pool table. A brown plaster wall inset with a glassed-in fireplace and a TV divide the game room from the main lounge area. The fireplace creates the effect of a flame using LED lights and a fine mist of water. The pantry includes an additional TV, walnut wood cabinetry and a dark live-edge wood bar. Beyond the game room is the library complete with floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry and imported furnishings.
