SL Green, 16 Court Street, Lobby Renovation

ARCHITECT: TPG ARCHITECTURE

ACC renovated the lobby at 16 Court Street in Brooklyn. The project involved the installation of a detailed sheetrock ceiling, new light fixtures, a new concierge desk, and a new entrance with a revolving door. Finishes include white glass, walnut veneer, and polished black granite wall panels. The lobby is accented by steel molding finished in polished chrome. The building was occupied throughout the renovation process.
