Raine Group is a merchant bank that offers financial advisory and private-equity services with a focus in the sports, digital media and entertainment industries. LB Architecture designed a sleek, modern office that met Raine’s needs for open communication, flexibility and professionalism. ACC worked with the architects and SL Green, the owners of 810 Seventh Avenue, to get the 16,000 square-foot space built in ten weeks, three weeks earlier than the original schedule.
