Complete build out of approximately 6,200 square feet for the primary care center for Oak Street Health. Work included new patient waiting areas, exam rooms, patient and employee restrooms, pantry, and doctor’s offices. The project included heavy coordination with owner-provided trades, as well as with the building owner.
