ACC converted three landmark brownstones into one three-story building totaling 35,000 square feet for New York University’s School of Social Work. Work done included demolition, structural steel, masonry, rough and finished carpentry, drywall, plaster ceilings, flooring, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, a new elevator and stairways.
