New York Medical College

ACC completed exterior and interior work for the Basic Science Building at New York Medical College. The multi-phased project was scheduled around special lab studies in order to meet the need for “quiet time” while classes were in session. ACC added a brand new air conditioning system as well as renovated the labs, student lounges, conference rooms, lavatories, student recreational areas and installed underground facilities. Exterior work included landscaping, a new parking facility and connecting roadway. The renovations occurred simultaneously to fit the college’s tight schedule. The project was successfully completed while the building was in full operation.
