In order to facilitate Modell’s expansion plan on Long Island, ACC was challenged to build-out 20,000 square feet including all new finishes and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in just eight short weeks. This challenge was not only met, but ACC exceeded the client’s expectations with a completion date three weeks earlier than the already aggressive schedule.
