ARCHITECT: PERKINS + WILL

ACC was contracted to complete a 57,000 square foot, multi-phased retrofit of the existing client space for MetLife corporate offices. The ground floor was constructed as a swing space to be utilized by MetLife employees during construction, allowing the location to remain fully operational. Scope of work included multiple floor buildouts, power and tel-data upgrades, corporate branding on interior walls and high-end finishes throughout.
