ARCHITECT: TERJESEN ASSOCIATES

ACC constructed the three-story addition to the Long Island City YMCA as part of their Capital Campaign for Kids Development Project. This expansion program added a new indoor gymnasium, teen center, and community meeting and activity space to the existing family facility. This multi-phased project also involved the simultaneous construction of a new 100-car capacity garage. The YMCA remained fully operational during the expansion.
