ARCHITECT: MS ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS

ACC performed the complete buildout of the 41st Floor at 1185 Avenue of the Americas for LBBW, a German-based financial institution. This 20,000 square foot project included an elevator lobby, reception area, workstation areas, offices, conference rooms, telephone rooms, pantry, coffee bar and other supporting spaces such as IT and copy rooms. Approximately 25 tons of existing supplemental AC units were modified. One of the prominent features of this project is the 20-person boardroom with an 18-foot table, surrounded by authentic reclaimed New York brick and reclaimed barnboard finishes.
