Jazz at Lincoln Center Offices & Pre-builts

ACC Construction was contracted by SL Green to perform the build-out of 24,000 square feet of corporate interior space on the 12th floor of the recently renovated 3 Columbus Circle. As the site of the newly relocated offices of Jazz at Lincoln Center, this project encompassed the build-out of 30 offices, 5 conference rooms, and a large executive boardroom. Of note in this project is the large reception area which features a vintage grand piano as its focal point. In addition, ACC built out 2,500 square feet of pre-built office space, including a ceiling to floor glass conference room, a ceramic tile entry foyer, 5 offices, a pantry and an IT room.
