SL Green Realty Corp. contracted ACC Construction to complete the entire renovation of the 9,000 square foot space for Franklin Square Investments located at 10 East 53rd Street on the 20th floor. The Reception area finishes include stone flooring and a feature wall consisting of wood and fabric panels. New sprinkler and air distribution systems were installed as well. A metal and glass office front system and a cloud ceiling in the open area complete the renovation. The restrooms and common corridors were also renovated simultaneously.
