ACC Construction was selected as General Contractor for the complete demolition and build-out of a 5,000 square foot retail branch for E*Trade Financial Corporation. This 16-week project entailed the construction of a new reception area with limestone tile floor, conference room, IT room, three private offices, pantry, workroom, bathrooms and ATM areas. Throughout the project, ACC worked hand-in-hand with the management team from CBRE to create E-Trade’s branded facility.
