ARCHITECT: GENSLER

ACC Construction was contracted by the Durst Organization to perform a full lobby renovation for their property at 1133 Avenue of the Americas. ACC installed a new ceiling and a dramatic, suspended LED light sculpture by renowned artist Leo Villareal, along with twin 53 foot long light fixtures designed by Lukas Lighting. Existing marble stonework was honed, new travertine stonework was installed, as well as a new terrazzo floor. A new custom reception desk, backlit polished onyx stone wall, newsstand, turnstiles, revolving doors and elevator cab upgrades were also performed by ACC.
