ARCHITECT: INTERARCH

ACC Construction was the General Contractor for seven new branch banking facilities on Long Island and Queens for Commerce Bank. The projects included the construction of a one-story, 3,800 square foot building including foundations, structural steel drainage, pavements and all interior items as well as parking lots. The project schedules ranged from 8 to 14 weeks. The total cost of these contracts was in excess of $8.5 million. In addition, ACC completed the build-out of a 6,800 square foot branch on Broadway at 50th Street in Manhattan. This fast-tracked project was completed in 16 weeks and included the demolition of the existing space.
