Demolition and renovation of an 8,000 square foot medical facility, completed over four phases. The project called for curtain wall removal and hoisting 10 floors above street level to install the Bruker MRI Magnet weighing 9.4 tons. Scope of work included new rooftop HVA C units, new plumbing for wash areas, fireproofing and finishes. Temporary partitions were installed during construction to enable the facility to remain open and functional throughout the project.
