Cold Stone Creamery

Cold Stone Creamery stores were built as 2,000 – 3,000 square foot retail ice cream shops. The scope of work included new storefronts, demising walls, bathrooms, kitchen equipment, high-end millwork, paint, wall covering and ceramic tile. Coordination of the owner-supplied trades and equipment as well as continuous communication with the franchisee and parent company were critical to the success of each project.
