ARCHITECT: SPECTOR GROUP

Working closely with SL Green, ACC built out Centerline Capital Group’s new headquarters on the 15th floor of 100 Church Street. This project encompassed over 55,000 square feet of space, including seventy-four offices, two large open work areas that accommodate approximately one hundred cubicles and the CEO’s office overlooking the site of the new World Trade Center. In addition, ACC built-out a large boardroom with full audio-visual capabilities, three conference rooms, six pantries, a large lunchroom and an IT room with independent cooling and UPS backup systems.
