ACC performed the renovation of the entire 31st floor at 745 Fifth Avenue for BLS Group. The highend build-out included executive offices, service area, and bathrooms as well as upgrades to the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, a custom reception desk, and marble convector covers. Per the design, ACC installed stone, suede and leather wallpaper, silk carpeting and elaborate millwork such as paneling, bookcases, and built-in filing cabinets. Extensive coordination was necessary, as most of the finishes were imported from the Far East.
