American Home Mortgage

ACC performed a multi-phased renovation for American Home Mortgage. The project consisted of 105,000 square feet of interior offices, 80,000 square feet of complete roof replacement down to the metal deck, and the installation of a 1500KW back-up generator and UPS system. Nine rooftop air conditioning units were carefully replaced over occupied areas in one weekend so as not to disrupt normal working conditions. For this client with a high dependency on technology and with no margin for error, we created a seamless transition from the existing data center to the new data center. ACC worked with the owner, owner’s representative, architect and many consultants to ensure a successful project.
