ACC Construction was contracted to renovate the existing 32,000 square foot theatre located in the Upper West Side. The modernization of the 6 theaters included new plush motorized reclining chairs, all new sound systems, and the addition of sound absorbent material on the existing walls so as to not disrupt the adjacent theaters. The scope of work also included a new theater lobby, new restrooms, and state of the art concessions areas.
