ARCHITECT: KOSTOW GREENWOOD ARCHITECTS

ACC Construction was contracted by SL Green Realty Corp. for the renovation and expansion of Actor’s Equity offices at 1560 Broadway. Covering 20,000 square feet of space over 2 floors, the scope encompassed the build-out of 16 administrative offices, 3 dance studios, a voiceover room, new restrooms and amenities. Additionally, structural work was done to enable the addition of a new penthouse to the existing building via the setback.
