Ms. Medaglia is the backbone of our senior management team, joined by our Founder Al Medaglia and our Managing Director, James Morel.

Our project managers and on-site superintendents are as strong as our senior managers. They are selected to complement and expand the overall team with their good judgment, common sense and ability to perform under tight deadlines and with unforeseen conditions. Every member of the Operations Department has years of construction experience, on the job training as well as formal training to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
